1. "You only care others."는 문법적으로 틀렸습니다. "Care"는 자동사이므로 "care about"을 사용해야 합니다.  
2. "You only care about what others think of you."는 의미를 명확하게 전달하며, 원래 문장의 뉘앙스를 잘 살리고 있습니다.  
3. "You just don't get it."은 "You don't understand."보다 더 구어체적이고 감정이 실린 표현입니다.  

"Care about"처럼 자동사에 필요한 전치를 올바르게 사용하고, 감정을 강조할 때는 "You just don't get it" 같은 구어체 표현을 활용하면 좋습니다.

내가 어떻게 계속 이렇게 인기 있는 거 같니? 매번 완벽해야 하는 것도 쉽지 않다고.

1. "How do you think I am so popular?"보다는 "How do you think I stay so popular?"가 더 자연스럽습니다. "Stay popular"는 지속적인 상태를 의미하며, 문맥상 더 적절합니다.  
2. "It's not easy I am perfect all the time."는 문법적으로 어색합니다. "It's not easy being perfect all the time."처럼 "being"을 사용해야 자연스럽습니다.  

"Stay popular"처럼 지속성을 나타내는 표현을 선택하고, "being perfect"처럼 동명사를 활용하면 문장이 더 매끄러워집니다.

이거 봐. 너랑 난 절대 어울릴 수 없어. 우린 그냥 너무 달라.

1. "Look."보다는 "See?"가 더 자연스러운 구어체 표현으로, 상대방이 이미 눈치챘을 법한 사실을 강조하는 느낌을 줍니다.  
2. "You and I can never get along."도 맞지만, "We're never going to get along."은 더 강한 확신을 담은 표현이며, 대화체에서 더 흔히 사용됩니다.  
3. "We are so different."보다 "We're just too different."이 더 자연스럽고 감정이 실린 표현입니다.  

"See?"처럼 상대방의 반응을 유도하는 표현을 활용하면 대화가 더 자연스럽고, "never going to"를 사용하면 강한 확신을 전달할 수 있습니다.

 

get along: 어울리다

나 이럴 시간 없어. 잘못된 일을 보고도 그냥 모른 체할 순 없다고.

1. "I can't turn a blind eye to see wrong things."는 문법적으로 어색합니다. "Turn a blind eye"는 이미 "못 본 척하다"라는 의미를 포함하므로 "to see"는 불필요합니다.  
2. "Wrong things"보다는 "what's wrong"이 더 자연스럽고 일반적으로 사용되는 표현입니다.  

"Turn a blind eye to what's wrong"처럼 자연스러운 숙어 표현을 익히면 문장이 더 매끄러워집니다.

그만 좀 욱하고 이번만은 내 말을 듣는 게 대체 왜 안 되는데?

1. "You just stop flying off the handle"는 문법적으로 어색합니다. "Why can't you stop flying off the handle"처럼 의문문 형태로 고쳐야 자연스럽습니다.  
2. "Why don't you listen to me for once?"도 맞지만, "start listening to me"를 사용하면 점진적인 변화를 강조하는 느낌이 추가됩니다.  

"Why can't you stop ~ and start ~" 구조를 사용하면 더 부드럽고 자연스럽게 표현할 수 있습니다.
